How To Make A Wood Picture

To make a picture frame, you'll need to assemble a cardboard mat, four wood or metal sides creating the outline of your frame, and the glass or plexiglass front used to protect the picture. you can also personalize the frame with decorative elements.. Wooden picture frames can cost several hundred dollars, depending on which type of wood was used, and who made it. if you like having artistic wooden frames hanging on your walls, you will probably skip the cheap ones and invest in something with a hefty price.. Prepare four pieces of old wood of a width about 2 inches (5.1 cm) across. the length should be the height and width that you want the picture frame to be. the wood can come from sources such as old frames, old furniture, old wooden items, etc. if you can't cut wood yourself, have a hardware store.
