Our club was formed in 1981. from a small group of model boating enthusiasts, the club has grown to a membership of nearly 80 members. the club members produce some of the finest scale models of all types including but not limited to, commercial ships, warships, tugboats, submarines, work and fishing boats, pleasure craft and sailboats.. Bury metro marine modelling society is a friendly and active club, although members can sail 7 days a week, the club house is open on sunday and wednesdays from 9am till 2pm where refreshments are available from the kitchen.. Build Hovercraft

The goals of this project are 1) to build a hovercraft on which you can glide over a flat surface, and 2) to test what features affect the performance of the hovercraft. there are a number of variables that you will need to consider:.
